Volunteer Information
- Committed, responsible volunteers are most welcome – and we have things that need to be done for each clinic – including pre-clinic setup the day before as well as clinic day through post-clinic cleanup – so there’s something for everyone!
- Please contact us via email – tvfofvolunteers@yahoo.com – as soon as possible in advance of the specific clinic for which you’re able to help to let us know you're available and what you’d like to do.
- Wherever possible, we’ll try to accommodate your wishes – but please also understand that if we ask you to help with a particular task, we need you to do that task and not move on to something else or leave without our knowledge.
- There is a volunteer orientation on clinic day and it is mandatory for all – new and experienced. It starts at 8:45am.
