TVFOF clinics are held six Sundays a year – one each in February, April, June, August, October and December.  Location is the East Bay SPCA’s Tri-Valley Spay/Neuter Surgery Center at 4651 Gleason Drive in Dublin, CA.  Please do not call the SPCA for directions or information.

TVFOF POLICIES -- No exceptions

• Feral cats only – all cats displaying overt affection will be turned away
• Traps only – all cats in carriers will be turned away and no transfers from trap to carrier
• Right ear tipped – all cats will have their right ear tipped

RESERVATIONS:

• Accepted and confirmed only via our 925-264-7703 phone number.
  • Please also call this number to cancel a reservation – up to and including the weekend of the clinic.
• Four (4) cats maximum per person per clinic -- ALL RESERVATIONS ARE TENTATIVE (including number of cats per person) until confirmed by phone the week before each clinic!
• Message should include (1) name, (2) contact phone number and (3) number of requested spaces.
• Call-back from a TVFOF phone screener will confirm the reservation or position on the waitlist.
  • Waitlisted folks will be contacted no later than one week before the clinic to confirm all or part of each reservation – or advise that the clinic is full.
  • The number of cats we can take at each clinic depends on the number of vets and volunteers we recruit – your understanding is appreciated!
• All reservations will close no later than the Wednesday before each TVFOF clinic – no exceptions.
• Reservations for a given clinic will only be taken in the two months between it and the previous clinic – sorry, no advance reservations.

CLINIC DAY CHECK-IN AND PICK-UP:

• Check-in starts at 8:30am and ends by 10am.
• Pick-up is by 4pm – and we ask that you be available from 2pm on should we finish early.
